The Fire Board has filled a part-time position as the Training/Safety Officer to help lighten the work load of the Division Chief Training and Safety.

This position does not qualify for the relief association of the District.

If interested in this position the following requirements must be met.

Minimum 6 years experience in a Fire/EMS Agency

Minimum certification as an Emergency Medical Technician

Valid Class B Drivers License

Fire Fighter II Certification

Fire or EMS Instructor Certification

Desired qualifications

Greater than 10 years experience in a Fire/EMS Agency

Supervisory and Command Experience in a Fire/EMS Agency

An associate degree in Fire Protection, Management, Emergency Management, or a related field.
